Arlen Feldman

Arlen Feldman has been developing software for more than 20 years and has developed help desk, service desk , customer relationship management (CRM) software for 15 years, almost from the very beginning of the help desk software industry. For several years he was the chief architect for FrontRange Solutions® (formerly Bendata, Inc. and GoldMine® Software Corporation), makers of the HEAT®  help desk and ITSM service desk products.

Arlen is the author of ADO.NET Programming and WPF in Action with Visual Studio 2008 (both with Manning Publications) and various technical articles. He is also a member of the Microsoft C# Customer Council—a small group that advises Microsoft on the direction of .NET, Visual Studio and the C# programming language.
