Timothy Pfeifer

Timothy Pfeifer brings a broad range of experience to Cherwell. From 1998 to 2002, Timothy was Vice President, General Counsel and member of the senior executive team for FrontRange Solutions® (formerly Bendata, Inc. and GoldMine® Software Corporation), at a time when the company opened five international offices and grew from less than two hundred employees to more than seven hundred worldwide, and more than $70 million in annual revenue. Timothy began his career at FrontRange Solutions® as Vice President of Human Resources, and throughout his tenure was instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including significant customer-facing and sales channel activities.

Timothy began his legal career in 1993, as a law clerk for the Honorable Eugene A. Wright, a Senior Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. From 1994 to 1998, he was in private practice at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, one of the oldest and largest Rocky Mountain law firms. Since 2003, Timothy has been a Senior Attorney for First Data Corporation, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

Timothy earned his J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1993, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif. He graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 1990, with a degree in management. Timothy has also attended an executive education program through Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
